Thinking Bigger
Thinking Bigger: Building Systems, Automations, and My Next Move
I had to think bigger. Way bigger. I’ve been telling my clients for years to focus on building the behind-the-scenes stuff—systems, processes, automations. The photos and videos are great; they sell. I’ve made sales through DMs, emails, texts—you name it. But here’s the truth: I’m just one person. To grow, I need more leads, a bigger team, and a system that doesn’t drain my time.
The Puzzle of Automation: My New Obsession
So, I’m diving into automations. It’s like a puzzle, and honestly, it’s been a little overwhelming. I get the concept—it’s all about simplicity—but the execution is a different story. I’ve been tinkering with automations for months, opening them up, closing them, trying to figure them out. I know this is the key to scaling my time and making everything run smoother, but it’s new territory for me.
Building Freebies and Creating a Community
Part of thinking bigger means offering value upfront. I’m creating freebies—things that are genuinely helpful, not just clickbait. One of my first freebies was all about mastering my batching process. It’s designed to pull people into a community I’ve built, where I share insights on content creation, personal branding, and everything I’ve learned along the way. But running this community costs money—$100 a month—so I need to get people in quickly. I’m using another freebie to bring people into my newsletter, like a self-filming kit that guides you through creating better content on your own.
My Ecosystem: From Free Value to Paid Opportunities
My goal is simple: pull people into my ecosystem. From there, I provide resources, share unique perspectives, and hopefully, create a real connection. Eventually, this opens up opportunities for one-on-one coaching, workshops, or bigger gigs. It’s all part of building something sustainable and expanding my reach beyond just being the guy who does it all. I’m setting up my community on a platform called School (SKOOL)—offering a free class to teach batching and a paid one for deeper insights.
The Vision: Scaling Up and Bringing in More People
This isn’t just about growing a business—it’s about expanding my impact. I want to bring in new creators, new clients, and build a team that helps run the machine behind the scenes. It’s about getting smarter with how I use my time and setting up the infrastructure that allows me to do what I do best: create, coach, and connect. Thinking bigger isn’t just a choice; it’s a necessity. And every automation, every freebie, every piece of content is a step toward that vision.
